Shipping Information

1. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, PStreet Wines does not ship to the following states: Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Michigan. Additionally, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for any delays caused by UPS or any other third-party courier service. While we ensure timely processing and delivery to UPS, once the package is in transit, we cannot guarantee that UPS will meet their estimated delivery times. UPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times and does not provide compensation for delays.

3. Processing Times
Most orders are processed the next business day, however, inventory issues may occasionally cause delays. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly to ensure timely processing and shipping.

4. Delivery Requirements
All deliveries will require an adult (21 years or older) to sign for the package. Packages cannot be left without an adult signature. UPS will attempt delivery three times. If the customer misses delivery due to missed attempts by UPS and the box is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the returned shipping charges.

If the box is returned, the two options are :

     1. Refund minus the original and return shipping charges.
     2. ⁠resend the box with return shipping charges and new shipping charges due.

5. Shipping During Extreme Temperatures
We recommend shipping via air (instead of ground) during extreme temperatures to preserve the quality of your product. This is especially important for wines, as temperature fluctuations can damage the integrity of the product.
