We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a return policy in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, original packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all original packaging and labels on box etc as they’re required for inspection. Email us with the subject line “Damaged Shipping Order”.
General Returns
You may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at (put email here) to receive return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Additional Notes
Due to limited supply, vintage availability may change at any time. We cannot guarantee a specific vintage unless otherwise confirmed.
If you prefer original packaging (e.g., gift boxes), please note this in the checkout “Order Notes” section. While we will do our best to accommodate, original boxes are not guaranteed.
