Returns
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and send them to [email protected] with the subject line "DAMAGED SHIPPING ORDER." Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving. All packaging material and shipping label must be kept for pictures and inspection. After this period, we will be unable to process claims.
2. Return of Non-Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you wish to return an order for reasons other than damage or incorrect items, returns are subject to our discretion. Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend contacting us before initiating a return to confirm the process.
3. Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be processed once we receive the returned product in its original condition. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
4. Vintages and Packaging
Please note that vintage availability may change frequently. We cannot guarantee that a vintage listed on our website will be the same when your order is processed. Additionally, while we generally ship products with their original packaging, if you specifically request a box, please note this in your order under "Notes" at checkout.
5. Selling Rare Bottles
If you have rare bottles of wine or spirits that you’d like to sell, please contact us at [email protected]. We are always interested in acquiring unique and collectible bottles.
