Not all barrels are created equal. Only the best, most flavorful barrels earn the right to show off their full potential. Enjoy this bourbon in its truest form, uncut and unfiltered.
Wild and untamed, not for the faint of heart.
Our most recent release and one we’re extremely proud of. This is not just an uncut unfiltered barrel proof version of our small batch. The goal here was to create a bourbon that was smooth and enjoyable at the higher proof while maintaining some spice from the younger vintage.

The flavor profile of each chosen barrel had to be perfect. The older vintage came from barrels with significant volume loss, leaving behind a thick and caramel-like liquid. And since we’d have to use more of the older vintage to achieve that smoothness, the smaller amount of younger vintages would have to be intense. Only the spiciest of our younger vintages were chosen, ensuring some rye spice would still shine through.

After going through all this effort will we be offended if you want to add ice or water? Hell no! We do it all the time. Want to cut down on the heat? Toss in some ice. Want to access all those sweet notes from the older vintage? Add some water and it’ll really open up. But if you want to experience the heat for which an uncut unfiltered is known, just pour some into a glass and it’ll be there for you.

Nose:
Balanced oak nose with notes of hazelnut, coffee and dark chocolate.

Taste:
Initial sweet notes on the front of the tongue followed by tastes of shortbread and black tea. Extremely smooth and thick balanced mouth feel finishing with rye spice notes of white pepper on the middle and back of the tongue from the younger vintage and high rye mash bill.

Shipping Information
We currently do not ship to the following states: Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Michigan. We currently do no ship internationally.
Shipping Delays
The store is not responsible for delays caused by UPS. Orders processed by us and dropped off in a timely manner at an UPS location is within our control; UPS doing the delivery in the estimated delivery time is not. UPS is not guaranteeing delivery dates or times or reimbursing for delayed shipments.
Shipping Recommendations
We highly recommend that you ship via air (not ground) during extreme temperatures. This will help protect the integrity of your product; this is especially true for wines as extreme temperatures can have a negative effect on the quality of the items.
Missed Delivery
If a box is returned to us due to missed delivery, the customer owes the return shipping charges and we can resend the box to you which will incur new shipping charges again.
Order Processing
Most orders will be processed the next business day. There are sometimes inventory issues that can cause a slight delay in this. If your order is time sensitive due to needing it for a special occasion or by a certain date, please follow up with the store via phone to notify us and get an update if needed. Please understand the UPS delivery windows are transit time and begin once the box has been scanned in at our local UPS office and also ground shipments are estimated transit times. All orders will require an adult 21 years or older to sign for the delivery. No packages can be left without an adult signature. UPS will attempt to deliver your package to you 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, they will return the package to us. If it is returned to us, you can have it reshipped (at your shipping expense) or have the order refunded (minus a 15% restocking fee).
