Jasper’s Shine
Deep in The Appalachian Mountains of Wilkes Co. North Carolina,
“Jasper Lawrence Triplett” made shine back in the hollers
of a place called Darby. He provided for his family with
money from southern folk who came from far and wide
for some of his shine. From the time of The Great Depression until
the day he died in 1958 this is all he knew. Revenuers caught Jasper
twice and prison took several years of his life but it never did take away
Jasper’s way of living. Jasper’s grandson Chad wrote and recorded
the song “Jasper’s Shine” in honor of Jasper’s bootlegging days.
The song captures the rich history and outlaw spirit of Jasper’s life,
which was passed from Jasper’s son Harm to his son Chad.
It’s now being handed on down to Chad’s boys Treigh, Tyler and
Tanner. Just like the song this bottle captures the same
outlaw spirit and it’s made the same way Jasper made

Shipping Information
We currently do not ship to the following states: Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Michigan. We currently do no ship internationally.
Shipping Delays
The store is not responsible for delays caused by UPS. Orders processed by us and dropped off in a timely manner at an UPS location is within our control; UPS doing the delivery in the estimated delivery time is not. UPS is not guaranteeing delivery dates or times or reimbursing for delayed shipments.
Shipping Recommendations
We highly recommend that you ship via air (not ground) during extreme temperatures. This will help protect the integrity of your product; this is especially true for wines as extreme temperatures can have a negative effect on the quality of the items.
Missed Delivery
If a box is returned to us due to missed delivery, the customer owes the return shipping charges and we can resend the box to you which will incur new shipping charges again.
Order Processing
Most orders will be processed the next business day. There are sometimes inventory issues that can cause a slight delay in this. If your order is time sensitive due to needing it for a special occasion or by a certain date, please follow up with the store via phone to notify us and get an update if needed. Please understand the UPS delivery windows are transit time and begin once the box has been scanned in at our local UPS office and also ground shipments are estimated transit times. All orders will require an adult 21 years or older to sign for the delivery. No packages can be left without an adult signature. UPS will attempt to deliver your package to you 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, they will return the package to us. If it is returned to us, you can have it reshipped (at your shipping expense) or have the order refunded (minus a 15% restocking fee).
