COPPER FOX BOURBON MASH
The third in our innovative “Distiller’s Art Series,” this clear spirit is is bottled at barrel strength prior to aging and is hand crafted from 60% Virginia corn, 20% Virginia wheat and 20% Virginia
barley, and the 20% barley in the mash bill is uniquely smoked with peachwood.
Unlike neutral grain spirits, which are distilled at 190 proof and above, our spirits are hand crafted and carefully distilled at just under 160 proof, utilizing a process which allows the complete essence and flavor of the barley grain to come through.
Enjoy this Bourbon Mash as a foundation for creating marvelous cocktails; substituting it for many other spirits in your favorite recipes. In addition, we invite you to replicate the aging process at home in our new lightly charred American white oak barrels. The cask strength (124 proof) spirit is the best strength to optimize the reaction of spirit and wood.
Delicate peach-wood smoke gives way to a buttered corn nose. Hints of pepper and cinnamon set up tongue for a silky sweet finish. Floral body leaves your mouth salivating for more.

We currently do not ship to the following states: Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Michigan. We currently do no ship internationally.
Shipping Delays
The store is not responsible for delays caused by UPS. Orders processed by us and dropped off in a timely manner at an UPS location is within our control; UPS doing the delivery in the estimated delivery time is not. UPS is not guaranteeing delivery dates or times or reimbursing for delayed shipments.
Shipping Recommendations
We highly recommend that you ship via air (not ground) during extreme temperatures. This will help protect the integrity of your product; this is especially true for wines as extreme temperatures can have a negative effect on the quality of the items.
Missed Delivery
If a box is returned to us due to missed delivery, the customer owes the return shipping charges and we can resend the box to you which will incur new shipping charges again.
Order Processing
Most orders will be processed the next business day. There are sometimes inventory issues that can cause a slight delay in this. If your order is time sensitive due to needing it for a special occasion or by a certain date, please follow up with the store via phone to notify us and get an update if needed. Please understand the UPS delivery windows are transit time and begin once the box has been scanned in at our local UPS office and also ground shipments are estimated transit times. All orders will require an adult 21 years or older to sign for the delivery. No packages can be left without an adult signature. UPS will attempt to deliver your package to you 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, they will return the package to us. If it is returned to us, you can have it reshipped (at your shipping expense) or have the order refunded (minus a 15% restocking fee).
