Mt. Defiance Sweet Vermouth Sweet Vermouth is a sweetened fortified wine that is aromatized with botanicals. We use Mt. Defiance Apple Brandy to extract flavors from herbs we grow ourselves and spices from around the world. We blend the flavored brandy with barrel-aged brandy, Vidal Blanc wine, local honey, and caramel syrup. The result is delicious chilled, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like the Manhattan. Gold medal winner in the 2017 New York World Wine and Spirits Competition.
