This Weller Centennial edition came out as part of the "Bourbon Heritage Collection" (BHC), and originally had Louisville on the label.

Later the label changed to Frankfort but kept the BHC logo on the cap. This is one of the Frankfort bottlings (there were three iterations), rumoured to contain Stitzel Weller juice from when Buffalo Trace acquired the brand.


Established by William Larue Weller in the 1800s, W. L. Weller pioneered innovative techniques in bourbon production, setting the stage for the renowned wheated bourbon style.
