This is Old Line’s own blend of aged Caribbean rum. We developed the blend with the help of master rum blenders Luis and Margaret Ayala. It is distilled from a molasses mash and aged for 7 years in former bourbon barrels all in the Dominican Republic. We’ve targeted a flavor profile that is very approachable but still retains a lot of the complexity that you’d find in a great whiskey. There is no added coloring or flavoring. After 7 years aging in barrels in the Dominican heat it has all of the flavor it needs! This rum sips incredibly well neat but is also fantastic mixed in a cocktail.
