Maggie’s Farm White Rum is distilled from a fermentation of turbinado, a raw sugar rather than processed molasses. Sourced from a Louisiana sugar cane fields, we ferment our cane with a Caribbean-derived rum yeast and pot distill it for full body and flavor. We then combine this with gradual proofing over an aging period for increased ester development and retention.
