The Baltimore Shot Tower Gin from The Baltimore Whiskey Company is the first gin distilled in Baltimore since before prohibition. A contemporary American style gin, you'll find jasmine flower on the nose, citrus on the pallet, and green tea on the finish. Overproof and wonderful to drink neat or in cocktails, you won't find much pine or Christmas tree flavor in this gin, but a much sweeter and more round flavor. The first offering from The BWC, this spirit looks to stick around a while.
